1. The SeeBigger™ Dual Magnifier Offer Terms

Special Offer: Available exclusively to Australian residents. Limited to one per customer or household.

Pricing and Contents:

For $149.50 AUD upfront, customers receive: SeeBigger™ Diamond (3x) Magnifier. SeeBigger™ Angel (4x) Magnifier.

Return and Refund:

Customers may return one magnifier within 30 days for a $50 AUD refund. All accessories, including the same batteries and packaging, must be returned in original condition in a padded envelope. A $15 AUD handling fee will apply for one returned magnifier. If both magnifiers are returned, a $149.50 refund will be issued minus $20 AUD for handling. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and tracked postage is required - The tracking number must be provided to us. Refunds will not be processed for damaged, incomplete, or lost returns.

Shipping and Warranty:

Shipping to the customer is free. SeeBigger™ magnifiers include a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects (excludes accidental damage or misuse).

Limitations:

Offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Offer is non-transferable and may be changed or cancelled at any time.

2. General Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.

For optimal results, some prefer to use the magnifier in conjunction with prescription reading glasses if recommended by your Optometrist, others don't. You'll have to try both options to see what works best for you.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Australian law.

3. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: We collect personal information, including your name, email, address, and payment details (payment details are not stored).

Data Sharing: Your information may be shared with third parties for shipping and analytics purposes only.

Data Requests: Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by emailing our customer service team.

4. Refund Policy

Eligibility: All items are refundable if returned in brand-new condition within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Return Shipping: Customers must pay for tracked return shipping. Refunds will not be provided for damaged, incomplete or lost returns. Replacement Policy: Defective items may be replaced. Customers must send the original item back via tracked delivery, preferably in the original packaging. Refunds for shipping costs will be issued upon receipt of a valid shipping receipt. Contact customer service to arrange replacements.

5. Liability Waiver

By purchasing and using products from SeeBigger™, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Product Use: Our magnifiers and related products are designed for general use to enhance vision clarity. They are not substitutes for medical devices or professional optometric advice. You agree to use the products in accordance with the provided instructions and guidelines. Misuse or improper handling may result in reduced effectiveness or damage. Limitation of Liability: SeeBigger™ is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeeBigger™ disclaims any responsibility for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of vision, revenue, or data. Health Disclaimer: The products sold by SeeBigger™ are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Users should consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns. Any recommendations provided by SeeBigger™ are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Force Majeure: SeeBigger™ shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or disruptions in supply chains.
